Procedures for Awards

Upon completion of the award program, remove the award application from the back of the program book and submit the original application (copies are not accepted) to the following address:

To prevent delays in processing the application, please ensure that the following signatures are complete:
  • Cub Scout
  • Parent/Guardian
  • Religious Emblems Coordinator/Den Leader
  • Cubmaster
  • Pastor or Parish Administrator
  • Fee: At this time, there is no emblem fee.

    All Boy Scout awards must also include participation in the annual retreat and Board of Review. Please visit the ACTIVITIES page for more information and to download a registration form.

    All Adult award nominations must also be submitted to the above contact for review and consideration by the Allentown Catholic Committee on Scouting. Please DO NOT notify the nominee of the possibility of receiving an award to avoid any disappointment in the event it is not awarded. Certain adult awards are limited by the diocese and there may be more nominees than there are possible awards.
